My little "the inland north" bar was completely filled in with red.
When I was in Seattle, it was observed that I really "sounded like I was from Michigan". It shocked the hell out of me. I didn't think it was that obvious. Even more so if the UP or Tech come up in conversation.
It confused me so much I think because people always told me that I didn't sound like I was from around here. But I think it had more to do with my choice of words than my pronunciation of them.
I wish their image wasn't broken. Doesn't show the graphs. I seemed to have a nice blend, but inland north I definitely am.
And yes, I have gotten the "you have a midwest accent" out here.
I don't see anything broken love....
